
So the other day, my good friend Marissa and I were out to lunch, which turned into a happy hour drink (or two.) After an odd choice of an irish coffee, I wanted something more refreshing, but not sweet. This is when I honed in on my mixology expertise (ha), and created the.....grey goose pear (or as the french say, la poire), grapefruit juice, and champagne martini. For those that love a crisp, slightly sweet drink, with a touch of fizz, dig it! After a few of these, it's a regular poire-tay!
