I have always admired the design of Airstream trailers, reminiscent of a shiny silver bullet or some kind of metal cocoon. With such an interesting and stylish exterior, one should take such care in decorating the interior. Here are some interiors of various Airstream trailers, some of which were on display at SF moma a while back. Instead of cheesy plaid and fluorescent lights, how about a swanky little retreat with an almost hotel-like ambiance? One day, I will own an Airstream trailer and I can just picture myself cruising through Yellowstone, admiring the bison and bears and then climbing into my trailer and shaking up a martini and cooking a fabulous meal. Who says you can't have the best of both worlds?
